Donation form install instructions and Stripe feed example

1) Start with importing the JSON file via the Gravity Forms import option.

2) Then add the CSS to your theme or form page (adjust colours accordingly).

(Depends on the way you are building the website, normally a copy of the CSS code and paste into the Theme CSS options will be enough).

3) Once in place, please remember to set-up your Stripe feed to enable the payment method.
